What a wonderful practice! I was a bit wary going here due to some of the negative reviews on Google. Wow-- are they off. Probably people just having a bad day or not getting their way. Boy are they mistaken! The staff were lovely, compassionate and caring . Yes, I had to wait--10 minutes past my appointment time, as an emergency came in. I would expect any emergency to take priority, and would expect the same if I brought my pets in for an emergency. The doctors also showed concern, listened to my dog's issues and prescribed a treatment plan that they ensured U understood and was comfortable with. My old kid is doing great now! Thank you so much! It is 9:25 as I am writing this, which is during their opening times. Yet, I can not seem to get a hold of anyone by phone, and making an appointment on their website is janky and irresponsive to clicks. Reading around, it says that walk-in fees are $45 which, all things considered, is an incredible price when compared to their competition... but it's pretty sketch that I can not avoid paying that price because it's weirdly impossible to make an appointment beforehand. I don't have much faith that emailing will work, but it is my last resort.
