I would’ve given 5 stars, but I can’t. My dog was supposed to be seen at the Queens location today, but the appointment was never clearly confirmed by the manager/supervisor the larger of the two women in the front with glasses. Her customer service was abrasive, so the lack of clarity isn’t surprising. and it looks like my dog will miss his appointment today.3/12/26.
I’ve been to both the 92nd Street and Queens locations before and always had amazing experiences. Unfortunately, the Bronx location lived up to the borough’s reputation in terms of customer service.

Staff were very kind to me and very helpful
I liked this place planing to visit again with my Doggie 🐶 for his check ups
