Genesis was such a wonderful pilates teacher. She went around to make sure we were doing the moves in ways that protected our bodies and so carefully responded to each student’s strengths and limitations. I felt a lot of healing. I enjoyed the class so much I decided to stay for the yoga class with Eric, who was equally in tune with each of us and supported everyone to grow their capacities during the class. I attended Sweet Water Dance & Studio and my experience was wonderful. The instructors were very welcoming and the attendees too. The space is tranquil and after attending Reclaiming Our Sacral Chakra, I left transformed feeling light and happy.
Sweet Water is an absolute gem for our neighborhood and the Bronx! Every single class I've attended has not only taught me something new but has also been a delightful challenge that leaves me feeling more relaxed or invigorated. Eric and Genesis are exceptional instructors who excel at both pushing and supporting your growth. The sense of community at Sweet Water is truly wonderful.
