Medikids Pediatric Medicine is an outstanding and welcoming pediatric clinic described as a second home. However, some reviews note a consistent issue with phone service, mentioning that calls are not answered or take a long time, which was not the case in the past. Despite this, many families highly recommend the practice.
I like the doctors but they are strange when it comes to appointments. You will have an appointment at 12pm and not be called in until 1pm. I’m not sure why they don’t just do walk ins only. I have NEVER been called at the time of my appointment. (I’m currently in the office as we speak, with an appointment scheduled for 12pm and it’s 12:47pm and I have yet to be called, I was the only one here for quite some time and now they’re full.)

I would have put 5 starts but every time I call they don’t pick up . What’s going on? But I have to say DV Jimenez it’s amazing. He explains things really well. My kids interact well with him.
