Dependable's customer service is impeccable. I called and spoke to Lina and she was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. She explained everything to me and I was able to get an appointment right away. The exterminator arrived promptly on time and did a great job. He was also very knowledgeable and answered all of my peppering questions. The followed up with for my follow up and I am very pleased with the results. I will definitely refer them to all of my friends and family.

I recently used dependable Exterminating for both a squirrel problem and a bee problem. It was a great experience starting from the office making the appointments at my convenience to the exterminators who did the jobs. Everyone was friendly, professional and concerned to make me happy. They follow up to make sure everything is ok. Very organized and on time. A job well done from beginning to end!
