Had a great experience. I bought my 13 year old son in for maintenance on his dreads twice. Heaven worked with him, and she has been great. The staff overall has been super nice, informative, and accommodating. We will continue to go back.
Professionalism 5 starAtmosphere is amazing. Very comfortable and the music is such a vibe.I am always on time to my appointments and I never have to worry about the appointment running late or going over because they are always ready for you.They will start on time and i mean they’re ALWAYS ON TIME! They are friendly and make you feel amazing!Definitely would recommend this spot to anyone !
What an amazing experience! Punctual start, attentive service, professional, clean environment! It was my first visit and will not be my last! My hair and my daughter’s hair was beautiful and I love that you self schedule with an app/website! No more juggling text messages or miscommunications! Definitely not the most inexpensive place I’ve been, by far, but my experience was positive and the quality service was enough to warrant the drastic cost increase. I will change my styling regime to every other or every third. But I could not be more pleased with my experience and outcome!
