“Giovanna is amazing!! She's in an area of Gotham Nails. I got my first professional chemical facial peel done with her last week. She is very nice, very knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions. She used the 30% strength for me because my skin is sensitive. Everything she told me about the peel happened.The chemical peel itself felt like a bad sunburn in my opinion. It was peel, neutralizer, peel, neutralizer. She checked on me every step of the way on how it felt. She told me my face would "frost" and when I sat up and looked in the mirror, it did! She said I would start peeling day 3-4 and start around my mouth area. I started peeling day 3 on my chin! She said it could last anywhere from 7-14 days. I'm on day 8 and almost done peeling. She said not to pick it or pull it. I've been pretty good. :)She recommended I use HA serum and gentle moisturizer. Keep my face moist and always use sunscreen! It feels like I've used a peel off mask but it's my skin lol. It feel tight until I moisturize it. She was kind enough to give me a sample of the HA serum she used for me.I'm VERY happy with my results. My skin looks and feels so much better!! I will definitely be going back to her for all of my future peels and facials!! I also referred some coworkers to her. She is the best! My skin if softer and supple where it has peeled. I love it!“
