“The first time that I went to an urgent care I remember in Fordham Road never wanted to know of urgent care again it was so bad until I cut my hand washing dishes and went to the one in Webster the staff the doctors so so kind and understanding they speak your language they speak to make you understand what they talking about I will recommend anybody to go there they will be treated the right way, my love to them God bless them all?❤️ “

“I landed in nyc on Xmas day with my 6yr old daughter to visit my family. My daughter was playing w/ the family dog and at some point the dog bit or scratched her really bad in her ear. I was so happy to see the urgent care was open and they were quick to assist her and help distract/ calm her (she had such fear she would need stitches). I am extremely appreciative at their responsiveness and their kindness towards us.“

“We have been going there since the office opened. It's easy to make an appointment and walk-ins are a breeze. We took a break for about a year or so, strictly due to our insurance coverage (former insurance billed visits as out-of-network).
Everyone is always professional and friendly. The doctors and nurses have great bedside manners and are attentive to children and parent concerns.
The offices are always clean with ample seating for busy days. You can always opt to sit in your car (there IS parking!) and will be alerted when you are next in the queue when they are busy.
Overall, we have not had a bad experience.“
