“In August had a roof leak denied coverage by Nationwide. Turns out most roofing companies don’t want a repair job when around the corner is a full roof replacement. If they even consider it, the estimate shows that they’d prefer not do it. So, 6 months later, I find Keyway and Bill and Sonya. Finally, a honest, reliable and reasonable roofing company to help me. What a relief to have it fixed! New flashing, a cricket and kick back at gutter. Highly recommend Keyway Construction and Roofing and they will be my only call in the few short years when I qualify for a full roof replacement.“

“A Clean Sweep was well deserving of 5 stars. Wanda was amazing at communicating during the process. We had a new chase cover and cap installed. We also came across a hole in the side of our chimney from a cheap propane attachment the previous owners did and the guys repaired it well with a metal plate and a filler. We couldn't be happier.“
“Waynco removed my existing shingle roof and replaced it with a galvalume standing seam metal roof. It was a large job and included house, garages, and two other structures. The entire process from quoting to completion was excellent. The crews were efficient and were always respectful not just to my wife and me but to all of the plants and other things around our house. Wayne, the owner was frequently at the house and we often discussed little things that came up relative to how I wanted things to look.I did a lot of homework before choosing Waynco and the final decision was based on conversations with the owner of the large regional metal supply company (CMP). He recommended Wayne as one of his best installers.
