I have recently completed a physical therapy treatment program at Benchmark Physical Therapy at Weddington Road, Matthews, NC. The practice is patient-centered, and staff is very professional, friendly, and personable. From greeting by Lisa, administrative receptionist, to treatment by Emily Brackett, PT, DPT and Christian Guida, PT, DPT, every session is geared toward maximum improvement and recovery. Every session is also conducted with a caring, friendly approach. I have only positive feedback to provide regarding my experience, and would highly recommend this practice for your physical therapy needs.
Emily, Lisa, Julie, and Christian are all excellent at what they do. After my SLAP repair, they turned what’s usually a dreaded PT experience into something fun and welcoming. I saw firsthand how well they care for elderly patients too. I hope I never need PT again, but if I do, I’ll be calling Benchmark on Weddington Road. Highly recommend — thanks, team!
This team truly cares about PT & recovery. I utilized the Mint Hill, NC location for my total knee replacement for my right knee, and will also be using them when I have my left knee replaced at the end of 2026.
