Sauna is so knowledgeable. I came in with intense pain and immobility from back injury and sciatica. Her corrective massages have helped reduce the pain and increase my mobility. She also offers advice on better ways to sleep and how to correct the little daily things we do to eliminate larger problems. The Ohana program makes multiple massages more affordable. I wish I could give this place a 10 star review! Sauna has miracle hands! Her massages have helped me tremendously. I have religiously been going to her for the past 6 months and it has been a life changer. She is so knowledgeable and so friendly! I look forward to my sessions every 2-3 weeks. I have also done the float therapy pods and I highly recommend it. The relaxion that is achieved, when doing a session, is out of this world. New and cutting edge treatments that help with all things recovery and relaxation. I am so grateful to have found a place like this in Charlotte!
