I gave a poor rating earlier because I was upset with the person who handled my bill. she didn't give me the full and correct information concerning payment. I was wrong for taking it out on the whole staff. Dr. Stacey Alston and Dr. Harish Patel are wonderful and I had nothing but good experiences with both of them and I hope they forgive me. I am not woman enough to apologize in person. After Dr. Alston phone me and explained everything to me I realized how wrong I was. I will do better in thinking things through before I react. They both deserve a five star.

I love love love this office. I’ve gone to several dentist offices in Charlotte and this is my favorite place. The front desk staff, the hygienists and their dentists are so kind and welcoming. They provide the highest level of care and they do it with good attitudes too!

My experience was awesome! Everyone is friendly and helpful, I'm terrified of the dentist and I will say after a few mins in the chair I became very relaxed for the first time ever at a dental office, my hygienist was very professional and did a great job cleaning my teeth, I can say I've found a dental office I will be visiting for years to come and I will highly recommend to anyone I come across!
