One of their workers broke our dining room ceiling light. I was told by Kenny to buy another one and send a copy of the receipt to him. My husband and I even got a much lesser priced light than the one they broke. We spent $71.00 on a standard ceiling light and sent Kenny the receipt. That was Sept. We were told it would take maybe a couple of weeks because of bookkeeping. It is now November and we can’t reach them. Working with Trae, the owner of this company has been an amazing experience. After having both an electrical disaster and fire, Trae kept me informed of the progress along the way. Was extremely efficient and thorough with all the repairs and improvements. He is honest and the work was everything he had promised. This company is the Best in Charlotte hands down! We had a flood in our house and their crews knocked all the work out in a timely matter. Ask for Trae or John and they will take good care of you!
