Zairam was one of the best technicians I have ever had… He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very honest with pricing. He made our water heater very safe, and this is so important. I would recommend him to anyone.
I liked Zach he was friendly talkative and very thorough he talked me through almost everything I know I ended up asking him the same question two or three times but he took the time to explain and walk me through the process about my water heater unfortunately I am gonna have to buy another water heater my 07 model just wasnt cutting it anymore but im not mad at that gotta do what you gotta do right he showed me what to look for when buying another which I'm in the process of doing I hope to hear and see Zach again...cause im gonna need help installing it.
Ty came to my house to get my bathroom sink to start draining. Ty was a very professional ,friendly and very thorough about what he was doing. He explained the whole process as he was going telling me exactly what he was going to do... got the sink water flowing again ..very positive experience working with him. He also cleaned up everything before he left and made sure everything was working properly.
