My neck was broken in 1991 and I have a number of physical deficits. I use a walker and have paralysis on my left side more than my right side. In a few sessions, Cheryl has help me rethink my my body and my body movement. I’ve seen significant improvements over a period of just a couple months. I feel like I’ve been stuck for years in a physical limbo, and Cheryl is helping me move again. I am learning to stand up in a fluid way that takes less effort and is more efficient.I am encouraged about my physical potential for the first time in years.

Cheryl is a compassionate, knowledgeable and sincere teacher. This course was excellent and very well presented. I’ve been around a long while and have been to many a training seminar. I was able to put new skills to work right away and have already seen improvements for my clients.
