My hot water heater started leaking on Sunday morning, 3/10/24. I called Carolina Plumbing Pros. Destiny answered the call and had a technician contact me to walk me through the process of shutting the system down and an appointment was made for Monday morning.Scott, the technician, called me right away on Sunday. I couldn’t understand how to shut it down so he came to my home on Sunday, on his own time, shut it down and emptied the water.The installation technician Mykola, called me when he was on the way and was at my house at 9am Monday. He installed the new unit and left my garage even cleaner than it was before.It is important to note that this was my FIRST time dealing with Carolina Plumbing Pros. I was not an established customer but was treated with such wonderful concern and professionalism.I would recommend this company to everyone with any plumbing needs.
