She was open to feedback and ended up doing my hair perfectly after changing up my hairstyle for my wedding day! They also were willing to work with my girls leading up to the day in case they had any questions or concerns with their looks!

I had an excellent experience working with Autumn, the Project Manager. She stayed involved from start to finish and kept everything on schedule. I was very impressed with Spangler as a company, the pack‑out team she coordinated from Carolina Pac, and especially the contractor she brought in, Alex.
Autumn had called Alex a “miracle worker,” and she was absolutely right. Once he started, any concerns I had disappeared. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and incredibly clean in his work. He even suggested improvements that made the final result better than we expected. The quality truly blew me away.
I’ve shown the finished project to several coworkers, and two of them immediately asked for Alex’s number. He has a bright future ahead of him, and we’re grateful we were paired with him. We’re already considering having him back to do our bathroom floors.
