A friend recommended to visit The Fix after I complained about chronic pain in my right shoulder for many years and couldn't get lasting relief for many years.I looked at the reviews and decided to visit even though I live in Atlanta, 4 hours away from Matthews.I couldn’t fall to sleep for about 6-7 months prior to that day - once I was going to bed and laying down I was experiencing aching pain around my shoulder area.Ken kindly agreed to see me and scheduled my appointment towards the end of the day given the fact that I am traveling from out of state and could potentially be delayed on the road. Ken (at The Fix) will hopefully be my answer to prayer. Been dealing with knee pain for about a year, & found out about him through a friend. Very compassionate & caring individual who seems determined to find a way to help me. Easy to talk too, & work with. Looking forward to better days ahead!

Last year I developed “driver knee/leg” which made driving painful. I wobbled into my favorite pizza spot and the owner Nora saw the pain on my face and told me about The Fix. Immediately, I went there and talked with Ken. He gave me a few things to try until he could get me scheduled. Over the next few months Ken did wonders, the pain went away and I got better. Several months later it was determined that I had degenerative disk disease.
