It’s a small business, and you can feel the care they put into everything. The employees are respectful and friendly.

They take their time and are careful with each dog. The whole process took about 3 hours for my Golden Retriever, and she came out looking gorgeous. They’re patient, listen to everything you ask for, and if something isn’t exactly how you wanted, they’re happy to fix it.

We also had to put down our 15 year old dog and they were phenomenal. Took their time letting me have a moment, gave him a final treat of chocolate and cookies (all the things he never got to have), took paw print molds. So kind and understanding.“

“Brought in my Labrador retriever to them on Sunday after he had a really bad cough the night prior and they were able to diagnose and prescribe him what he needed same day!

The staff and everyone there was very friendly and accommodating. Especially on a Sunday when most places are closed it was a relief after a bit of a scare“

“Brought in our (at the time) 4 month old standard poodle for his first big grooming! My husband & I have been giving him baths and blow drying at home, brushing him daily to desensitize him before going to get professionally groomed & the staff said that did help a lot for his appointment as he was well behaved & let them do their magic. All things considered he is a puppy that was getting groomed for the 1st time which usually doesn’t go that well, his size being under 30 pounds, and his coat being 5+ inches long with a combo of puppy coat. & curls - the price was good at $80. I was happy to pay! The staff all were so wonderful, efficient, finished ahead of the estimated time and our boy returned a whole new dog! He smelled wonderful, was so soft, and very handsome. We can’t wait to go back!“
