The level of customer service is amazing from the rep who comes out to service my home each and every time. His name is George and he is extremely professional, courteous and very respectful of my property and my family. I am extremely happy with them. I switched from another company because of their customer service.... HANDS DOWN, NuEra is amazing with their level of customer service... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE... I never meet anyone more excited to come out and do a job that absolutely gives me anxiety issues.. When I have an emergency (even for an ANT) he is jumping all over it.. Then studies my home for any other possible issues.... He goes above and beyond......

He is certainly a "partner you can trust." I've used NuEra since their inception, and I certainly have enjoyed the fact that my home is bug-less. One of the first things we discussed as he signed my account up was about my needs, and not NuEra's. We mapped a plan out, and have not had any issues since. The children can run and play in a mosquito less backyard, and Mom and Dad don't have to worry about having guest's over for a BBQ!
