I was provided a 2hour ETA when I booked the job (booked within a one week timeframe) and was provided closer ETA timeframes on the day of the job. Technician called with a 15 to 20 minute arrival time and showed up on time, in clean, company signage vehicle. Technician was clean cut, dressed head to toe with company colors and logo. Put on booties before entering.We performed a walk through inspection of where I wanted the treatment applied. I have used Crown Pest Control for the past 10 plus years & am very satisfied with their services! They have removed yellow jacket nests & fire ants at our residences, along with the general pest control & mice removal from our rental property.
