She cut and dyed my hair exactly how I wanted it, even though i asked for highlights of two different colors she managed to work with that and have the end result showing the two colors perfectly! Shes very nice and always does her best to do what you want while always making sure that you're satisfied with what shes doing throughout the process.
I just had my first haircut with Charo and will definitely be back! She took time to hear what I wanted and delivered 100%. Prices are very good and her location in downtown Matthews is so convenient! 5 stars for sure. 😊
