“I saw this place on social media and decided to give them a try. Initially I checked their online site to book, however the availability was at least 4 to 5 weeks out so I gave them a call and I was pleasantly surprised that they had room for a KART dermal pedicure the following day I believe so I booked it. My appointment was with Master senior technician Casey. The location is in a small strip plaza, but the actual studio itself is nice and has a very inviting atmosphere and vibe. I was acknowledged by the studio manager (I believe and cannot recall her name at the moment but will update later) although she was with someone, she advised she’d be with me once done. They offer beverages and get you checked in. For the KART dermal pedicure you are taken back to a private setting room that is peaceful, with dim lighting, and very comfortable and relaxing. The technician has all the sanitized equipment/tools and lighting they need to have your feet looking and feeling brand new. I opted for a Milky white on white French gel polish pedicure and Casey did an amazingly outstanding job on my pedicure and the polish. An absolute 10/10. The price is worth it and should not be questioned along with giving at least a 20% tip or more. I 100% recommend. I booked for my next KART dermal pedicure during checkout at my appointment because they book up quickly. I had to catch the books once they opened online for June to schedule a manicure since there was no availability during my check out, but I look forward to adding those to my services as well. I read the reviews before picking one of the many nail salons within a 5 mile radius of my house and this salon exceeded my expectations. Sheila was the nicest and most accommodating individual as soon as I walked in the door. I can’t remember the young girl who did my pedicure but she was also amazing and so very thorough! My gel pedicure was one of the best I’ve ever had and the color is sooooo delicious! Definitely coming back and bringing my young daughter with me next time!“

They Offered me a Beverage, and while I was enjoying getting my nails done the conversation was awesome! Very Sweet people and they don’t over charge like other nail places!! “I’ve been coming to Shila for over 5 years now. Over the past five years, Shila and her team have been incredible with their professional professionalism and work ethic. She can do just about any design under the sun and very detail oriented. I’ve even referred five of my friends, and they are now longtime customers with her. She is also extremely affordable compared to other Charlotte salons. I pay about $40 - $70 to do a full set and design with her. I would definitely recommend making an appointment just because she can get booked super quickly. Would 10/10 recommend! Everyone on her team is super talented, welcoming and capable.“

Every time I’ve gone to Mark, he’s always been so personable and I’ve always walked out happier than I’ve walked in. He truly cares about your satisfaction and the well being of your hair. I told Mark I wanted to dye my hair a certain color and Mark told me that he didn’t recommend what I wanted because he truly cared about the integrity of my hair — which I feel is rare to find! He explained to me why it would be so damaging and recommended me other options that would look good as well as keeping my hair healthy in such a respectable and kind manner.
