Nice guy, but as I explained, we were under a time constraint yet he spent a lot of time tying to upset us on other services. Additionally, he had to replace the shower valve cartridge again because he didn't clean out the calcium buildup tje first time. After the first 'repair', he had to clean out the calcium better and install another, cleaner cartridge.
I did appreciate the military discount!
