We had the best experience here for our cat’s dental and oral surgery. They were incredibly thorough and took such great care of him, especially knowing he has heart disease. They communicated with us throughout the whole process and kept us updated, which gave us so much peace of mind. I felt completely safe leaving my baby in their hands. Truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
What a wonderful place. I took my elderly dog (almost 16 years old) to have her teeth cleaned. She is a rescue and has never had them cleaned. Her and I were both were nervous Nellies over the the idea of putting an old dog to sleep. But the staff and Dr were so reassuring. They called me as soon as they put her under, telling me she was doing well and they were doing xrays, they called again after the xrays to let me know what they found and how many teeth were going to have to come out, again telling me she was doing great. Dr. Reynolds and staff are amazing. I have had 2 pets that NEEDED her services urgently. I got in quickly for the consultation. Plan of care was made and surgery was done successfully. Instant relief of pain for Mooffee ,Yorkie who had to have all of his teeth extracted. I was a nervous grandma. Her skills, knowledge and professionalism spoke for itself. He was perfect, better no pain nor teeth but he gained weight. The Second, Hendrix a toy Poodle (another grandbaby) stop eating, yelp and growl and look directly in my eyes for help everytime he tried until he stop then I hand feed him.
