The staff is great and they did great work but $120 to do rechecks after paying 2600 for a surgery is excessive. I would suggest getting a second quote. Also had excessive waits at most appointments.

At our initial consultation, we saw Dr. Harrington, who did an excellent job explaining our cat’s eye condition, the available treatment options, and what to expect from the surgery and recovery. We felt that he provided a very thorough explanations of our cat’s pet eye issues and the importance of proper eye care. Although Dr. Harrington was not available to perform the surgery himself, the clinic was able to find us a very quick appointment with Dr. Gerding, and entropion surgery was performed within just three days after our initial consultation. I am extremely grateful that we did not have to wait a long time while experiencing an uncomfortable eyelid condition.

Dr. Gerding and his team are absolutely incredible! I was referred here after an urgent care visit for my dog's eye, which had been causing her pain for over a month. From the start, they were incredibly thorough with their exam while also genuinely listening to me - and answering every single question I had (and I had a TON 😅).
I feel so confident in their care, attention, and treatment plan. I know my dog is in good hands, and if there's anything more that can be done, they'll do it. Kind, attentive, thorough, and efficient - I highly recommend this clinic for any of your animal's ophthalmology needs.
