Loved my experience here! I got trap botox for my extremely tight traps and I’m excited to see the results. Haley was super friendly, calming, and truly went over every detail and even gave me suggestions on how I can help with my pain long term with stretches daily, PT, massages, pillow recommendations, exc. I feel like any other person would try to sell you more and want you to continually come back and not give these types of preventative suggestions. The treatment itself was almost painless, and I will definitely come back to her for any other needs in the future (: 10/10!!

I started my project with Austin at Thornapple with the intention of new countertops for my kitchen. I asked Austin for suggestions and options to get the best look for my room. Austin had ideas I wouldn’t have even conceived. We came up with a great plan to redo the kitchen, family room and my sunroom. Austin listened to my thoughts and made them happen. He always found ways to keep me within my budget while getting the wow factor I was after. His workers were professional and courteous, always working around my tool stealing dog. The end result was fantastic! I’m thrilled with the results with the quality and perfection of all the work. I could not speak any more highly of this company and would recommend them to anyone.

WOW! I am debating on the 2.5 hour drive to make this my go-to place. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Not only did I not have an appointment and called just to see if they had time for me, but I also couldn't make it there on time with the road closure. Even so, Victoria displayed immense kindness, patience, and professionalism and assisted me with directions around the road block. The place is nothing short of enchanting and is well maintained. She knew exactly what would flatter my hair type and face and gave me a beautiful and high end haircut. This hair style requires a lot of skill, and many hair stylist could not make it look this amazing. I have a lot of trouble with hair salons because my hair is baby-fine and requires lots of texturing and layering, and Victoria did exactly that... and for an amazing
price. She treated me like an old friend, and it felt as though we were pals from the past for sure. This haircut and appointment made my entire day! I am so grateful to have found Victoria and this hair salon and hope to return someday soon!

She’s super kind, easy to talk to, makes an effort to have a great bond with her clients, and gives me exactly what I want. She does amazing with my hair cuts and always give me her honest opinion. Ashley was terrific. She was auch a perfectionist, which I like, and so personable without being chatty. She did a brow and lip wax too which was excellent. The price with tip I found to be quite reasonable.

I don’t know where to begin. I had a horrible haircut from another place and horrible doesn’t even describe it. My parents said to go to salon 500 she does a great job. So the next day I did. I told her what happened and she was shocked. Connie fixed my hair and did an absolute great job. She takes her time and listens to what you want and concerns you have. Nice small store. My only dig is that they aren't as clean as other barber shops that I've been to. They didn't clean the seat/area after the client before me and had me come sit with the previous person's hair still on the ground by my feet. It's also cash only but that is made clear on their website. The service was good and I enjoyed my haircut.

I was terrified of spray tans because I hadn’t had one in over 10 years. The whole game has changed- no more orange :) I work in medicine and I get a spray tan every month so I can wear less makeup at work. It’s so easy and impossible to mess up! It looks just like a natural tan! They have products to make your tan last even longer which is fantastic! If you try it once, you’ll be hooked and your confidence will get a boost every time!

Great color selection, and can pretty much do whatever trend or IG photo you show them. I primarily get gel but have done dip and acrylic here and all are awesome.

Ashley is literally the best of the best! As a mom of a 2 year old toddler with beautiful, biracial, curly hair, I was so apprehensive about where to take him for his first hair cut. After days and hours of research, multiple people recommended Ashley and I even came across her myself just by a Google search. His dad and I decided to splurge on my son’s hair, knowing that Ashley specializes and is skilled in curly hair. Boy am I extremely glad that we brought my son to her. Not only was she patient and so kind, but she did an amazing job! She knew our exact concerns about losing shape and curls!! Not only that, but she gave us techniques to use to form his curls and also recommended products for his hair that have literally changed mine AND my son’s lives. I am a new customer of Skin Envy. I have been taking Tirzepatide for two months and have lost 20 pounds so far. Fema, the owner is a very caring, lovely lady. I always have a Peaceful experience in this crazy world. Fema is very, very knowledgeable about skin care. We love the facials. I am 79 and I usually go monthly for facials for years. Since she opened the salon. I love to support women owned businesses. I also sent my daughter to see FEMA because she has severe painful, rosacea and very sensitive skin. She knew exactly what products to use, and it will heal soon she uses Hale and Hush for her.

Grace was phenomenal. I have been getting lash lifts for a couple of years and am very impressed with the service. She educated me in such a nice way and didn't belittle me for not knowing what I didn't know. I had originally came in for an appointment and she told me my lashes were over- processed from my last lift and recommended that I try castor oil. This meant a lot to me because she could've easily messed up my lashes and taken my money but she didn't. The castor oil was a game changer and my lashes are healthier than ever. I came back a few weeks later and she did such a good job on the lift. It was quick and easy and came out great. She was very professional and easy to talk to. I really appreciated her sharing her knowledge and experience with me. I am so grateful I found this place!
I had an amazing experience at Seraphina (3rd floor of JW Marriott). I booked a 90 minute Swedish massage and facial, and both were fantastic. The atmosphere was calming with upscale touches. I enjoyed the relaxation room - the hot towels were amazing. The staff made me feel completely at ease. Shout out to the front desk person. I believe her name was Paulo. She was so nice and very attentive. The massage was deeply relaxing, and the facial left my skin feeling incredibly soft and refreshed. I appreciated that the massage therapist realized that I just wanted to relax and enjoy the silence. Some massage therapists tend to be a little too chatty for me. But everyone has their own preference. I felt that overall my experience was worth the money I paid.
I was able to enjoy a wonderful massage today at Woodhouse Spa- Grand Rapids today. Michelle was amazing. She gave an amazing massage. Strong hands , lots of attention to sensitive and tension areas. The staff is warm and inviting. The facility is so clean and well maintained. Not a lot of amenities, but the prices are fair.
Megan is the absolute best and I cannot recommend her enough. My lashes are always amazing when she’s done, and I have great lash retention too. Plus, it’s Megan, she’s kind and fun and will make your fill time fly by :) Even if I’m having a bad day, she has never failed to make me feel back to myself and gorgeous again.

I've been coming to Erika for almost a year now, and I can safely say that she is the only lash tech I will ever make an appointment with for the rest of my life. I am a licensed nail technician (and have worked in a salon in close proximity to estheticians) so I know what procedures need to be followed in order to keep a sanitary environment and can personally vouch for Erika's consistency in following proper protocol. She also has always made sure I feel comfortable in her suite, letting me know when she's about to make any movement noises so I don't get startled since my eyes are closed, always tells me when she's going to put cleanser on which eye when cleansing the lashes at the beginning of the appointment. Also, there aren't even words to describe the feather light touch she has. It is VERY easy for me to fall asleep during appointments because it feels like barely anything. & My natural lashes are still just as healthy as before I started getting extensions because of the care that Erika puts in. I can't speak highly enough of her, not only as my lash technician, but as a fellow professional. Attached some pictures so you can see her incredible work !

I booked an appointment with Shelby Tipton about a week ago to get one of her flash designs. Everything went better than I could have anticipated. The studio was a calm but lively space upon entry, and to be buzzed/let in when I arrived helped me to feel even more as though every detail mattered.
Shelby was entirely accommodating with a space to set my belongings within my reach during the appointment, and frequently checked in to gage my comfort level throughout. Once the tattoo was done, Shelby walked me through aftercare & suggested specific products, as well as alternatives to them. One thing I'll do next time that I wasn't prepared to do at this appointment, is have my next tattoo in mind to get back in her books ASAP!
I wanted to write this last week, but I kept (keep) getting distracted by this gorgeous new tattoo! Shelby's work is impeccable both in regards to her tattooing abilities, as well as her hospitality toward clients. An absolute total package in an artist!
I love Green Lion! Brantley has done most of the tattoos on me, he's been incredible to work with over the years. The shop is clean, vibes are immaculate, and the toilet never clogs. Everyone I've spoken to at the shop is super nice and fun to spitball with. Green Lion is easily the most inspired tattoo shop I've been to in town, and it's the only shop i would not hesitate to recommend to anyone interested. There's also a coffee shop and other food options right on the same block. Word of warning though, don't talk to Brantley about comic sans, he'll go off and won't stop.

My whole experience with Plowshare Studios was excellent. Even though it is a smaller operation, it is very professional and my queries were answered promptly and kindly. The space is immaculate, but it's the people that make it special. Matt is an experienced artist, but also an incredible human. The hours went by quickly due to his wealth of knowledge, witty remarks and good humor. This was only my second tattoo ever, and first one with color, and he set me very much at ease, letting me know I had full agency in the process, which I appreciated. I saw Lindsey for my appointment and it was THE BEST piercing appointment I'd ever had! She was so patient and kind. She made sure to understand everything I wanted for my appointment and that I was happy with my jewelry selections. I swapped my nostril piercing, got a new double-nostril piercing, and re-opened(?) my lip piercing. I also have a medical phobia involving needles that I told her about and she was so dang supportive and empathetic. She made sure I was feeling good before I left. I'll be back for a future tattoo appointment for sure, but I'll also be seeing Lindsey for my piercing/jewelry needs. <3 <3 <3

Kentwood heating and plumbing are a fantastic company! We have been using them for our heating and plumbing needs for over 30 years now and they have consistently done a wonderful job. They always are able to get to us quickly, they are professional, well priced, they don't sell you things you don't need, they are honest, and they don't leave your house in a mess when they leave. Today I was having a problem with my air conditioning and I have a health problem that I can't tolerate heat. They came out in under an hour and fixed our air conditioning in less than an hour. My son's air went out over a month ago and he is s still waiting for it to be fixed. Thanks Kentwood plumbing and heating for the top notch, professional, service over the last 30 years. Cannot recommend Webb Electric enough. Ray was at my house within 20 minutes of hanging up the phone and got to work right away diagnosing the power issue to my garage. Took several tries but he never gave up and eventually found the issue. He was able to fix that and also pointed out some other issues that needed attention. Pricing was very fair and work was done professionally. Don’t hesitate to call them if you’re in need of a quality electrician at a fair rate.

AMP Electric West is an exceptionally dependable and honest company. The team (Joey, Zac and Brennen! ) showed great respect and communicated with me through their phones, which was helpful because I am hearing impaired and they wanted to ensure effective communication. They put in a lot of effort and thoroughly cleaned up after replacing the electric panel, both inside and outside. I highly recommend hiring them.

Honest. They saved me a lot of money by telling me Consumers Energy could likely fix my problem for free.
I was suddenly without power, and Consumers told me I was getting power from them to my house and to call an electrician. Luckily a friend had recommended Keith at Wireworks. Within 15 minutes of my phone call, Keith was at my house and was able to determine I was only getting half the power. Keith calmly reassured me everything would be okay. He called Consumers for me. He switched out some of my breakers and double checked all the wiring. After Consumers corrected the problem with the outside connectors, Keith called me to make sure the power was corrected. I will definitely call Wireworks for any electrical issues and recommend them to my friends. Thank you for being a professional electrician with kindness.

When it comes to used appliances, sometimes I'm very apprehensive about it. We needed a new dryer, and I decided to stop here and check it out. Not only did he have the type, size, and style I wanted, it was a very reasonable price... it had the wrong cord type on it, and he offered to change it out so it would fit my needs at home. They even helped me load it into my jeep. (They do have delivery.) If anyone is looking for a used, very clean, and well priced unit, I would check them out!

My handwoven 6x10 Chinese wool rug was in such a sad state I didn't know if I could keep it. Luckily I found Clean Oriental Rug and my rug was cleaned up so beautifully by Nate and Joel! It's obvious they have a passion for what they do and are so knowledgeable about the history, materials, and even symbolism of the rugs. They worked very diligently for over a day to get my rug back in a good state and I so appreciate their time and will recommend them forever! And not a bad price at all for a priceless rug! I'm having Blue Lavender Cleaning clean my mothers house once a month. When they are finished, the house is spotless. They spend a lot of time making sure the bathroom and kitchen are spotless. All the surfaces are cleaned and the floors are vacuumed and moped. The house has the look of a good hotel.

Highly recommend! I was so impressed with the service I received, especially considering we never met and did the entire transaction virtually. I felt comfortable leaving a key for him to let himself in and do his thing. He sent pics of the process and final product and left the key locked inside the house as requested. He was also very flexible when he had to reschedule our first scheduled time for 6 months later. The image is when it was still wet and it dried to a nice matte finish.

It was so difficult to get the matching vinyl floor for my basement with the one I already had in the living room. Ashley and the team were amazing and helpful throughout the process. I was able to get my floor super early than expected.
I needed a small area of traditional 3 1/4" hardwood flooring spot repaired/replaced in front of a previous French Door which was replaced with a better sealing slider door. The rain (or snow melt) leak also affected the subfloor in one area. Dan surgically pulled up the flooring, repaired the subfloor and replaced the floor boards with material on hand. Fantastic job. Doug's Hardwood Flooring is highly recommended for even the small jobs that us homeowners need professional work done. Dan and Lisa, thanks again for paying attention to the details.
We replaced our white carpet in the living room and bedroom with a beautiful vinyl plank. While they are a little more expensive than a box store, the quality of the product and the workmanship of laying the floor speaks for itself. They started when they said they would and met their deadline. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

When my wife and I were first exploring a renovation project, what sold us on VADA was their enthusiasm from the moment they stepped into our home. Instead of reiterating the anticipated challenges or expenses, Dominic and his team immediately dreamed with us and proposed creative solutions. It was clear that they wanted to work with us and would collaborate by listening to our ideas and making them a reality.
Our project consisted of a new kitchen addition, rebuilt stairs, and the conversion of our old kitchen into a bedroom. From start to finish, Dominic respected our budget and was transparent about all costs. We felt that he had our best interests in mind and often found ways to save money or responsibly redirect funds. Further, Dominic and our project managers were exceptional communicators by providing daily updates whether or not they were on-site. We felt comfortable asking questions or voicing concerns without fear of judgement or being a bother.
We were fortunate to live in our home throughout the duration of the project. The VADA team cleaned up at the end of each day and ensured that we could safely move throughout our home. All subcontractors were likewise respectful and had nothing but praise for Dominic and his team.
On a personal note, we thoroughly enjoyed working with Dominic. We would frequently strike up conversations unrelated to the project, sharing common interests, food recommendations, and plenty of laughter. Dominic created a positive working environment filled with mutual trust and respect. We highly recommend VADA and will certainly choose them again for future projects.

We have Grand Rapids Generator Services service our backup generator at least yearly. We want to make sure that it will work when we need it the most. We made the mistake of not servicing the generator we had at our old hour for years, and it didn't kick on after a bad storm. Never again. Their services are affordable and all the techs are so nice.

I have used John a few times. The first time it was to treat carpenter ants in my garage. He responded quickly and he was there the next day! Carpenter ants were gone! He most recently came to my house and sprayed the whole yard for ants and mosquitoes and that was successful as well, no surprise though. Last night I had ants entering my house and I completely freaked out and John talked to me after hours and explained what needed ti be done. He was to my house by 7:30am and sprayed inside. John is a very nice person who not only loves his job but his customers. If I could give him 10 stars, I would!
I found a yellow jacket nest in my basement and called Got'em Wasp & Hornet Removal first thing in the morning. William answered my call at 8AM and was at my house by 10AM the same day—unbelievable responsiveness! He took care of the problem in under an hour, sealed the entry point to prevent more wasps from getting in, and even left me with a spray in case any stragglers showed up later. His service was affordable, and William himself is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind—just a genuinely friendly, stand-up guy. This company did a great job for me. I had springtails on my kitchen counter. Another exterminating company told me there was nothing that would get rid of them. Randy from Grand Rapids Pest Control was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He explained the problem was from mulch too close to the house. He sprayed once and the springtails were much reduced in number, then he came out and sprayed again. For over a month now, I have not had any of these annoying little insects in my kitchen. I am very happy. I will ask for Randy again for any other exterminating problems. Thank you!
Elijah came in and took care of a giant headache of different kinds of bees at our house. He was very thorough, double checking areas of concern even if at first glance there was no activity. Not only that, but he was also super knowledgeable and answered a myriad of questions and concerns I had. We were happy he could come back and see the impact he made on his first pass - it made a world of a difference. I finally got to remove my warning sign for our mail carriers about the bees! The cost was affordable as well. I would definitely call them again for any pest control we might need.

I contacted the 800 number at 9:30 PM for a visit the following morning for an inspection. I found what I thought we bedbugs in my home. The next morning Trent and his trainy came. They identified the infestation as bedbugs immediately. How are they then inspected the rest of the house to see if they might have spread. The scheduler was out that day for them to fumigate. However, Mitch, the supervisor came while the normal exterminator schedule was completely full for the next week and a half. Mitch came out assessed the situation and eliminated the infestation for us. Service I got was excellent. And Mitch or someone else from his team will be out to do the follow-up in the next week and a half. Couldn't be happier with my service.
Josh explained the service he provided, pointed out areas that needed caulking to keep out critters, and completed the service. Did a very complete job of removing spider webs around the house and pool fence.
Doug and his team at Fresh Cuts were amazing! We had an end of season/whole yard cleanup request and he came out to the house right away to quote us. They came out a week later and had the whole job done in 2 hours. We live on a wooded lot and they made everything look new and fresh again. I’ll be using them for any needs going forward

We have the main ideas and schemes but want to rely on an expert to be honest and share what will fit, be lasting and beautiful---and he has been on mark each time. We are finishing up our 3rd project with Kappes a excited to see the final outcome.

Dr Farage treats all his patients with great care and understanding. It’s very apparent that he has a huge heart for people and genuinely wants to help them. Without his excellent treatment, I would not have recovered from the carpal tunnel syndrome and trigger thumb issues that I came to him with originally over a year ago to the extent that I have. I also deal with a lot of lower back and hip pain caused by my gait since my left knee joint needs to be replaced, and he is able to significantly reduce my pain! I often jokingly say that he and my massage therapist keep me going, but it’s completely true!

I absolutely LOVE this veterinarian’s office!!!!!! My vet retired and I came here on a referral from a dear friend. I have a 4 year old frenchie with skin allergies and he has had some issues with pulling a muscle in his neck. Always terrified it could be IVDD , vets were thorough in their exam and confirmed it was just a pulled muscle to which they quickly addressed and my guy was back to his spunky fun self within less than 24 hours! They are very friendly, they do not over analyze and try to persuade you to spend unnecessary monies, their office is immaculately clean and inviting. I’m so happy to have found them!!!

I took my boy Jaxon here to get groomed due to him having the most ticklish of paws, he refused to let me cut his nails anymore! When we arrived Charmaine was so quick to answer the door and very friendly, her shop is cute and quiet! Jax felt immediately calm and took a wander around while we chatted for a minute. Charmaine said to leave our number and she would text us when he was ready and it would only take a few hours (wash, cut, nail trim), it maybe took an hour and a half from start to finish! He looks so cute and was so happy when he came home, you’d never know he’ll be 10 years old next year! We will definitely be bringing our sweet boy back for more groomings!
Peewee usually takes about 3.5-4 hours to get a full grooming sesh in— but Cats vs. Dogs got him in-and-out in less than 2 hours and he was not only clean from top to bottom— but he left happy, calm, and at ease; as did I. Thank you for such an amazing job! ??

I've been going to Jewly for years to get best, by far, therapeutic massages I've ever had. There is a reason she receives so many referrals from medical doctors and chiropractors: she knows exactly what to do to improve one's state of health based on their professional needs assessments. I'm 80 years old now, and I'm reluctant to think what my state of overall health would be without Jewly's excellent bodywork. Jewly is an outstanding professional in her field of expertise.

I treated myself to a 60 min massage for the first time in years and had an absolute lovely experience with Chelle on my birthday!! Chelle is very warm and kind and had me feeling at ease from the moment we met. Chelle took the time to ask more about any areas to focus on, and generally made a point to connect with me to make sure I got what I wanted out of the massage experience. I loved that Chelle presented different options for undressing based on your comfort level, and I also really loved the heated table. I had a lovely, relaxing, head-to-toe experience with Gina. From the greeting and intake, to the accomadtions for comfort & safety, aroma therapy to gentle stretching and relaxation work, followed by deep tissue cupping, to a relaxing finish with feet, hands, and head massage. I highly recommend this spa and Gina; I wish I lived closer to take advantage of this gem. It's definitely money well spent.
Dr. Eric has been just what I needed to help me in my post-op challenges. The laser treatments, the dry needling, and the restrictive blood flow cuff treatments have done wonders.. I cannot reccomend Fuel too highly.

Mackenzie was my physical trainer for an injury I had at the end of my sports season. I have been in pt before and received awful care, but Mackenzie was as professional and amazing as they come!! I was post recovery From a tri maleolar fracture.
I returned to the physical therapist following a visit with my surgeon who suggested we start with physical therapy rather than to remove the two steel plates and 13 pins that were surgically placed in my ankle after I broke it.
Nearly 2 years had passed at this point and I continued to have numbness in two of my toes, and stiffness in my foot making me clumsy in my gate and feeling like I would never return to normal. Before this, I was a yoga teacher.
A friend suggested Acupuncture.
Her husband was being treated by Catherine Vantil For a shoulder condition that prevented him from playing his violin for many years. He found relief and is able to play again so I took my friend’s suggestion and sought treatment from Catherine.
It has been a life changing shift in the quality of my life. My ankle and foot feel so much better that I don’t think about it on a daily basis and I’m able to take long walks and do yoga and all of the things that I used to do without difficulty.
Catherine also helped me to find relief from the vertigo that I’ve had for months.
Catherine is professional, on time and priced right. She is also graciously flexible when I have had to reschedule with her a couple of different times on the day of. There is a penalty if cancellation is within 48 hours, but that’s reasonable in my opinion.

First appointment was timely, comfortable, well-managed, good conversation with provider followed by fine needle-work. This is not my first time with acupuncture so I didn't need my hand held but I sensed Steven would have done that for me if required, to calm nerves on a first time experience. I am happy to have found this provider for treatment of my inflamed knee, coupled with some herbal supplements. I am looking forward to the weeks and months ahead of continued treatments and progress in my efforts to avoid surgery! Yea alternative healing! Highly recommend.

We opted for Main Street Driving because of their three day a week for four weeks approach to classes. It allowed our teen to participate in other regularly scheduled activities alongside school work and driving. Our experience was top-notch and scheduling the drive times was easy. Our other teens will attend here when they reach driving age as the location is convenient and the instructors are thorough. They only employ former school teachers as they have years of experience relating to teens and delivering instruction in a clear and calm manner.
