I'm a 42-year-old man who's never run long distance seriously before and I decided to run the Amway riverbank run and do a full 25K. I started going to agile probably 3 months before the race and it made an unbelievable difference in my preparation for the race. as I upped my miles and I ran more consistently I could feel more tightness in ligaments and muscles and Che could tell almost immediately based on how I was standing and walking and then once I got on the table she noticed where on my legs she needed to work and broke through the muscle tightness and knots like a true pro. I always feel better and have much less pain when I walk out of there.
I brought my 13 year old daughter in to help with back pain. This was her first massage experience. She struggles with anxiety and Che was great with talking through what was being done, asking permission and allowing my daughter to tell her if something was too much.
