Staff if very friendly and handled my little dog very well when he was upset and trying to to bite. DR. Pick was excellent with caring for my dog and took her time with him so he didn't get to worked up..
We love Grand Rapids Vet Clinic, Dr. Schoen, and all the employees that we have seen and talked to over the phone. They take excellent care of our dog, making her feel as comfortable and cared for as possible. The office is conveniently located, is clean, and well organized. We highly recommend it!
Been seeing these doctors for my many animals, over the past 30 years! Very caring and much more experienced than some of the other outrageously high priced ones. Also, they let you hold and be with your loved one, if they have to put them to sleep. That is so important! They can do surgeries, that others would send to Michigan State, to do. Truly the best! I drive an hour, one way to go to them, as I'm from a different city!
