The day we were leaving for vacation the fan on the outside a/c unit quit working. We called Family Heating and Air after hours, Jonathan was at our house with in 30 minutes. The fan motor had seized up. Because this happened on a Friday night we had to wait until Monday until a new fan motor could be located. Jonathan told us the unit was still under warranty but finding a new may take some time. He located one Monday morning, picked it up and it was installed by 11:00am on Monday. My in-laws were only without air for a few days. I would highly recommend Family Heating and Air for all your A/C needs. Jonathan was very professional and great to work with.

By far the best HVAC company in the area. We had a problem with unbalanced air conditioning room temperature. Some rooms were 5 degrees hotter than others. Mid-State Mechanical spent the time to balance the areas within one degree. Had other AC companies that tried but couldn’t get it balanced. If you have a tough or complex job don’t hesitate to call Mid-State. Their mechanics were very professional, clean and thorough. Thanks Mid-State!!
I had a great experience with WC Masonry Brick's & Attic-Solution, for attic insulation and attic repair. Brian was professional and very detail oriented during the attic inspection. The attic repair fixed structural and sealing issues, and the new attic insulation upgrade improved temperature consistency throughout my home. The crew worked efficiently and completed the job on schedule. Since the service, my home feels more energy efficient and comfortable.

The retwist was very nice looking, I really liked the two strand twists. Anna was very nice and she made me feel very comfortable while getting the retwist. Also out of all of the times I have gotten a retwist, it was definitely the fastest and the most nice clean looking.

We waited 2.5 yrs to cut my son’s hair so this visit was a big one for us. A friend recommended I go see Ms. Jen. This was my first time in a barber shop and we got the classic experience, chatting with customers as we waited, sitting among the old barber chairs. I chose Q-Nails because they had good reviews and were close to home. The first thing to know is that they are not a walk-in salon and while it felt inconvenient in the moment, when I arrived for my appointment, it quickly became clear why this is so. Q-Nails is a top-notch salon; they don't rush their clients through appointment and each client gets quality service. Tyler gave me a great pedicure and did an outstanding job on my nails. I look forward to going back again and again.

I had to stop a few times because of my little girl and even had her sitting on my lap at one point. Kara was so kind and treated my hair with so much love. Jane is the only hair stylist in Vero I'll go to! I've been twice now and she's won me over. Between her extensive knowledge and care anyone with hair is in the right hands with her. She takes the time to understand what you want and need. I can't recommend her enough!
Lancy has perfected her craft like no other; she's truly set apart. She is very attentive and highly skilled. Everyone will be asking who your stylist is as soon as you leave her salon. She has an 'old-school' work ethic; that being said, you don't have to arrive with your hair half done and pay astronomical prices, as many other young stylists require. Full-service shampoo, conditioning, a steam treatment (usually $30 extra at other places), blow dry, and a trim, if needed, are all included with no additional charge. Her prices are affordable and almost a steal; I could afford her pricing in college. The estimated time is accurate, so you don't have to call off everything for the day. I moved 2 hours away for university, and I've driven back just for Lancy.

I decided to try an ionic detox footbath with Patrice on a whim, not really expecting much. To my surprise, I left the first session with my foot and calf feeling incredibly light and relaxed — and I’ve been dealing with plantar fasciitis, so that was a very welcome result! I went back for a second treatment, and later that day I actually started to feel a bit unwell — but that passed quickly. Then I noticed something unexpected: the nagging knot in my shoulder blade, which had been bothering me for a while, was significantly less painful. The next morning, I woke up with zero pain in that area and full range of motion. I was honestly ecstatic! There’s clearly something about the ionic process that really supports the body’s healing. Patrice is fantastic, and I’ll definitely be returning for more treatments. Highly recommend giving it a try — you might be pleasantly surprised, too!

We came in with a request for a female piercer for ear piercings and we were accommodated, welcomed, and respected. They both came with experience, knowledge, and input that made us feel safe and well cared for. I got a helix piercing that's super cute and one of the easiest piercings I have ever had so far, and my friend had her first piercings ever, ear lobes, and said she felt safe, respected, and had an amazing first experience!!! We all had a lot of fun there getting the piercings done. I'm mad that I don't remember their names to thank them both specifically.

I have used F.V. Casano Electrical on several occasions. They performed a transfer switch installation and also helped me pick a portable generator that would power my home needs in the event of a power outage. They also labeled my electrical box so I would remember what appliances could run at the same time. I also used them a few years later for installation of an EV car charger. Great company! I have a client in Vero Beach who was without power in one bathroom. Lily took my call and was extremely nice and professional. Their tech called when on his way, and was very communicative to explain the issues and recommended repair. He was there until almost 9pm to restore power. I Highly recommend Regal! They did an amazing job cleaning our Restoration Hardware dining room chairs. They all look and smells so fresh, and they were able to remove stains I didn’t think would come out, consider I have three kids under the age of 4 and the upholstery was cream colored!!!! I came in feeling very nervous because of past experiences at other dental offices, but Sharif immediately put me at ease. He asked thoughtful questions, took X‑rays, and checked in with me constantly to make sure I was comfortable. The entire cleaning was painless — something I’ve never experienced before. When he used the tool that planes the teeth, I was shocked that it didn’t hurt at all. He explained the different intensity levels and chose the one that fit my needs. At other offices, I usually had to pay extra to be numbed just to get through a cleaning, but not today. By the end, the stains were gone, I had zero sensitivity, and I didn’t need any numbing or pain medication. Sharif’s kindness, patience, and attention to my comfort made all the difference. I’m genuinely relieved to have found a new dental home where I don’t have to feel anxious anymore. Thank you, Sharif Aly, for an amazing experience.

I am grateful that I found Dr. Ardell Scienski at Skypoint Chiropractic. I have been under the care of a chiropractor most of my life. This chiropractor is on a whole different level. His diagnosis, treatment plan, and care has my back and spine feeling the best they have felt in decades! I've also found his professional opinion to be correct. I listened to him, had an MRI, and he was right - I had multiple bulging discs. From there, I followed his suggestion for a treatment plan and did a series of decompression. The low constant dull ache that was getting worse has subsided and been gone for months. He has also helped my left foot and ankle. While I continue to have a fallen arch, he did an adjustment and my foot is now more straight when I walk and has much less pain and swelling. I live out of state but Dr. Ardell Scienski is my go to guy for anything related to my back, knees, shoulder, neck, and feet. Even though I only get to see him a few times a year, he always listens and advises me correctly. He is a wealth of knowledge, caring, and honest. I can't thank him enough for what he has done to keep me moving pain free. Thank you Dr. Scienski. I appreciate everything you've done!

I came to him after an injury three years ago. In just 10 days I’ve been able to integrate the way to help the pain with exercises to feel better. I left after ten days to drive 1200 miles—not sure I could ever do that again. I did it and had a ball! Did exercises in the car as I cruised on speed control. When our sweet 17 year old cat became ill, we called Cat Hospital of Vero Beach as a less stressful place for her. We could not have found a more calming environment with more caring people. From our first visit, Dr. Gambella calmed our baby with her soothing voice and touch, while giving us thorough information and answering our questions with patience and honesty. Unfortunately, we soon had to make the painful decision to let our baby go. With gentle guidance from Dr. Gambella during our cat's final moments, this heartbreaking time felt safe and loving. Dr. Herman and his current staff (John and Carrie) are amazing. I can always get an appointment quickly. He has solved my cat's stomach issues within a few minutes of an appointment and two other vets blamed her food or allergies. They also gave advice for when we intergrated my wife's cat. My cat is a very stubborn cat. She now lets them do the injections and others without fighting back and he respects her aggression limit. We also got a mostly blind and deaf dog they treat so well and he even came back from his house to look at him since we were leaving town the day we got him. He told us the pros and cons of being a senior dog and with the problems he had.
Shaggy: Long Story: Thanks the the BP owner in Lakewood Park, she posted and found the original owner who gave up him up to us after the day went by. We came back from close to Orlando to get him and she told us his story. We called and told the office and John/Carrie got him and he told us he would meet us there. He took a very long time looking and treating him. After he told us that Shaggy needed a detailed cleaning and he would do pre tests to make sure he was okay. He explained how taking an elder dog was noble and be aware he may have a short time and long time. We decided to keep him and still no regrets. He did the cleaning. He also addressed the bump on his head. After a while, the bump became infected and he went over the warnings of giving him light medications. We did it and he is recovering great. The lady who gave him up wanted him back, so the vet office gave me advice and what she was required to do. We no longer hear from her.
Overall, great doctor and staff. We have been using him for 10 plus years. I am always happy with their service and recommendations.

Gave me an immediate appointment by listening to all of my dogs symptoms. They assessed my dog thoroughly and accurately. Blood test results came next day and they called me immediately so that i could understand what was going on. Everyone was pleasant, kind, and knowledgeable, excellent care, highly recommend!
I had gone to another veterinary office in town for years, but after a difficult experience with one of their newer doctors, I felt like the empathy and compassion I valued so much were missing. I wasn’t sure where to turn after that.
Not long after, I unexpectedly came across two newborn kittens who were in immediate need of care. I called St. Francis Animal Hospital after hearing such great things, and they were incredible from the very first phone call. They were genuinely invested in helping the kittens, got me in the same day, and even walked me through feeding instructions to follow in the meantime.
Since that day, I’ve brought all of my cats to St. Francis and have consistently received friendly, prompt, and compassionate care from Dr. Lisa and her veterinary team. Julia at the front desk is truly a wonderful asset to the practice. She is organized, welcoming, and always so personable. I recommend St. Francis to anyone looking for care for their fur baby!

They are absolutely amazing here. The care and attention is incredible. This is our second time getting our miniature schnauzer groomed here - best schnauzer cut she has ever head. She has had some really traumatizing grooming experiences before so they went extra slow with her se she isn’t as stressed out! She looks smells and feels incredible!!!

I cannot say enough good things about the team at Paw Busters! Kyla always grooms our sweet Faith girl, and she does such a phenomenal job! First of all she’s like the pet whisperer, all the dogs in her care are always so calm when I go in, and omg my dog smells AMAZING and is so so soft and clean after her visit. Nails are absolutely perfect, short and smooth, ears are sparkling clean. As someone who is currently disabled and can’t bend over a tub or even hold her to do her nails, I am so so so grateful for this angel of a woman who does it for me. Fabulous pricing too!
Shawnee has a really cool set up for the dogs she takes care of. It doesn't have the prison yard for dogs feel that my last kennel had. Shawnee is a very kind lady who really cares for dogs. I will definitely be taking my dog back to her next time I go out of town!
Janelle has decades of experience doing grooming and it shows. She was right on time, very professional and took great care of our fuzzy beast. She was really gentle (he's a bit of a complainer) and also gave some great suggestions for taking care of him between groomings. Highly recommended!

So happy to have found this studio! I am in town for a few months and was nervous about finding a local studio to keep up
with my reformer classes. I have now been coming to STAR for the last three months and could not be happier. All of the staff go above and beyond to help answer questions, supply additional information and can offer advice about health related topics. I just get a warm welcoming feeling every time I step into the studio! Every instructor has been extremely knowledgeable, helping me modify exercises when needed, as I have a lot of orthopedic issues with accompanying surgical hardware. I always have to be very careful not to hurt myself and I have always felt very confident with their modifications. Overall, I believe every staff member has our best interest at heart and they truly love what they do. I could not be happier to recommend STAR Pilates to anyone interested in their offerings!!

I contacted Elena for the first time because of a strained back strap muscle. Despite stretching and applying heat and cold, it persisted and even worsened. The spams were intense. Elena provided a thorough massage focusing primarily on my back. It was heavenly. She went right to the pain points and knew exactly what may have caused it and how to treat it. I don’t have therapeutic massages often - as I have not really found anyone who is knowledgeable, skilled, passionate about her work, and very caring and kind. Elana is all of that and more. And after only one hour under her skilled care, I am presently feeling so much better and going back to my normal activities without bracing for intense muscle spams. I highly recommend Elana. She will be my ‘go to’.
Hands down one of the best massages I have ever had to help loosen up very stiff and stressed shoulders and tendons... and scarred muscle from radiation for breast cancer... it is hard for me to find people who can actually break up the scar tissue... Leena did an amazing job and I will be going back.. also extremely clean and relaxing environment.

I needed deep tissue therapeutic massage for my hips, neck and back. Saw Cheryl LMT and she was AWESOME ! She is great at finding those tight muscles/knots! I have been seeing her once a week for about a month and feel so much better! It’s like my muscles had been holding their breath for months…and now all of a sudden, they can breathe again! Layla is absolutely wonderful! She has helped me over the last 2 years. I have had 2 surgeries during this time and also issues with my skin. She is great for dealing with post op patients and my surgeon was impressed with her work. I would definitely recommend her for anyone who is needing lymphatic drainage after liposuction/explant surgery.

Great experience and great staff. The exercises are targeted and can be tough, but that’s what you need. My knee has improved greatly since coming here and I actually look forward to my appointments. They also offer massages at great rates. I would encourage you to pick advanced Motion Therapeutic if given the option.
My experience was outstanding! The entire therapy staff and the onsite business manager were professional, friendly, respectful and genuine. After 21 sessions, I felt like I became part of their family! So much so, that I would be remiss if I failed to mention them here. My trainers Felix and Cindy, who encouraged, lead and guided me threw the majority of my therapy sessions. And, Katie, who managed the daily business, including patient scheduling, patient payments, insurance companies, call-in phone calls, plus more. And, with all that Kattie never missed the opportunity to welcome each patient with warmth and smiles.
