After being scammed by another repair man, we were referred to Mr Appliance. They identified that our ice maker was defective, ordered the replacement parts and fixed the ice maker in a timely manner.

Jason is wonderful! I live out of town and my elderly mom needed her dryer fixed. Jason showed up on time (in fact early), called her, explained in detail the issues and made sure she felt "heard" and comfortable.
