Had a great experience -came on time & fixed it same day
We had a 20yo washing machine that began leaking this week. So I asked for someone to come see if it was fixable. The serviceman's name was Wyatt (they sent me his name and picture beforehand so that I would be able to recognize him when he arrived). They communicated with me within the agreed upon service time window to say Wyatt was on his way. He arrived a short time later (within the service time window provided) and quickly, thoroughly, professionally, and compassionately diagnosed the source of the leak.
