I came here after interviewing two salons in West Palm Beach to find a stylist to help me with my grey hair transition. I found Mariela and after speaking with her decided to go with Metamorphosis. She had a consultation with me and took a sample of my hair to see how the color would take ahead of time. The day of the appointment she was meticulous and spent many hours with me and even stayed long past closing to make sure everything was perfect. She also asked me to come the following week so she could check on me and make any adjustments (no charge for that). I had a great experience at this salon and Laura (my stylist) was fantastic. She took the time to listen and make sure I was happy with my cut before I left. As a first time customer, their front desk associate walked me through the salon and told me about their products. They offer free coffee, tea, and a little snack if you need it. ? I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Thank you for following up the next day and I appreciate the the attention to delivering great customer service.
