Could not sit outside and enjoy our pool or lanai without getting bit by mosquitoes or no-see-um’s, especially during dusk. I called Massey and the next day Dylan came to assess our issue and gave us a few options. Dylan was so knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. That day we bought the Thermacell system. In a few days as Dylan promised Jeramy was here to install the system. Both gentleman from Massey were so professional and pleasant. Working in this heat with such a professional uniform! Amazing…….last night we sat outside near the pool and not one bite or did we see anything and we had the lanai lights on! Everybody at Massey are nice and helpful. Very professional people and they do a great job. Phil sat down with me and explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had. Nick came out to my house and was very sweet and polite. He also answered any questions that I had. My dogs like both guys and that is always a good sign as my dogs have a good sense of people’s character. Call me crazy but if my dog doesn’t like you then I don’t trust you so when my dogs approve it’s fine. Check them out and see for yourself.
