They came out the same week as the quote with modern and high tech equipment to excavate and grade an area beside my driveway. The machinery was more quiet than my lawn mower!!The crew did not dilly-dally and had the job done fast and safe. The area was between my house and driveway and they took extra care with their articulating bucket making light work out of a heavy job.I will be using them in the future and highly recommend!!! I called them and Juan came out to talk about the roof and explain what they could do for us. We accepted the proposal and are glad we did.From day one the communication with Panda was excellent. They did everything they said they would and more. The quality workmanship is evident, the workers professional and on time, and they cleaned up everything at the end of each workday. No construction trailers were left in our driveway overnight. There were no problems and we are happy with the job they did for us.
