Having been to several hairdressers for a haircut which were not to my liking, today I had a great experience at Lorenzo’s in Vero Beach. I was in a pinch and in between stylists. I called Lorenzo's looking to see if they had anyone who could take me same day. The woman on the phone was so pleasant and tried so hard to fit me in. She took my number and said she would call if they got any cancellations. An hour later I got a call and was given an appointment with Rosie. She did an amazing job and I am so happy! Everyone at the salon was so friendly and welcoming. Going back for sure!
