I called your office yesterday about the presence of ants in one of our bathrooms. I was told Chris, our service representative, would call to arrange an appointment to address the issue. This morning he arrived at the scheduled time. In addition to servicing the area in the bathroom where we had spotted the ants, he spent additional time in the adjacent hall and laundry room to determine where and why the ants suddenly appeared. Mr Route Oney from Travis Pest Services was the technician that inspected and treated my property. He was very professional thru out the entire treatment process. Mr Oney is friendly and an excellent representative of Travis PestControl.

Travis is a wonderful company! We love Pedro! He’s very informative when it comes to different insects and bugs and what to do to get rid of them. He’s also enjoyable to talk to and very respectful. Customer service is also AWESOME!
