Sunshine Physical Therapy Clinic is an independent, nonprofit outpatient clinic in Vero Beach, FL providing affordable, personalized care to patients of all ages. The service received is wonderful, with a very encouraging and caring staff who listen to concerns and make patients feel heard and comfortable. The clinic offers the highest-level therapeutic services from caring and qualified professionals, including occupational and physical therapy, as well as acupuncture. The staff are top-notch, professional, and work well together, providing everyday friendly professionalism. They help patients with range of motion, strengthening, and pain, leaving them feeling much better, with less anxiety, stress, and pain. The clinic proudly accepts most major insurances, Medicare, and Medicaid, and offers care to the underinsured and uninsured because they believe quality medical care should never depend on ability to pay. They are highly recommended.
After having rotator cuff surgery, I chose Sunshine Physical Theraphy CLINIC for my rehabilitation, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision.
I was fortunate enough to be assigned to occupational therapists Abbey and Leo, who provided a me with a personalized treatment plan. I especially appreciated their focused attention as they led me through each exercise.

My experience with Michael (personal trainer) has been wonderful. He listened to my injury history and modified exercises for me accordingly. He pushes just the right amount – enough to challenge me, but not overdo it. He’s kind and personable as well, so I always look forward to my sessions with him.
My experience with Sunshine was absolutely fantastic. From my first time walking in and meeting the reception team to my “graduation“ the entire team had my concerns and well-being in mind. My situation included working with both OT and PT. In the PT department, a special shout out to Gianluca Scerri and Laurel Karr for getting me back on the right track after my ACDF surgery. I worked mostly with Laurel and she is a miracle worker. Thanks for all you did for me. Switching over to the fantastic OT department.
