Wonderful space - open and bright. Well maintained equipment. They seem to have everything you could ever need. Everyone is friendly - the instructors are super, they are so knowledgeable and offer very personalized attention. My guy likes it here too because there are other men there (which is great), so he's not the only fella in a class. I look forward to going there!!!

I LOVE this place! Every class is well- thought out and each instructor I’ve had is incredibly knowledgeable about alignment and anatomy. You always get personal attention so that you are getting the most from your exercise; and they make sure you do it safely as well. You can tell that the people (especially the owner, Gini) really care about and are passionate about what they do. I cannot say enough good things about STAR and the staff there! Just wish there were more classes! ;)

Have been a S.T.A.R. Fan ever since my doctor suggested I see Gini and her team when I moved to Vero 4 years ago. They have taken care of me and made me feel welcome ever since including through Covid.Have been a Pilates practitioner for 20+ years - this is the real deal and I am grateful.
