I am so grateful that I found Star Pilates! The instructors are all well trained and very kind. Each instructor asked about injuries of specific needs and addressed them well in both small classes and private sessions. The owners did a very good job of managing the seasonal needs of their clientele.

We spent last week at Disney's Vero Beach Resort and when I am on vacation, I need to get a couple workouts in always. I found S.T.A.R Pilates via online search and I can truly say this is the most professional place I have ever been to on the East Coast of Florida. Gini, Adrian and the team were so amazing. The flow of class and descriptions and ques were well-executed and clear to follow. I cannot wait to visit the area again to attend class here. I did Reformer and Springtower. Wow-what a challenge!

Wonderful space - open and bright. Well maintained equipment. They seem to have everything you could ever need. Everyone is friendly - the instructors are super, they are so knowledgeable and offer very personalized attention. My guy likes it here too because there are other men there (which is great), so he's not the only fella in a class. I look forward to going there!!!
