IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SELF DEFENSE CLASSES, LOOK NO FURTHER!! I went for a class the other day and it is such an amazing environment. You can tell the owners are so passionate about what they do and they truly have a genuine passion for the Lord. Would recommend these classes to anyone looking to feel confident walking on the streets are wanting to be able to take someone down with a single finger (ITS WILD) These days you do not find people as passionate as the owners and they are amazing people.

Went today for my first Zumba class and really enjoyed it. Sandra and Scott are really great owners. They make you feel very welcomed. And the ladies are very friendly. I felt very comfortable and definitely will continue to go.

I am new to Vero Beach.Found Studio14 and Scott and Sandra the owners.My experience has been wonderful.Her work outs are Fabulous.They are welcoming and extremely nice people.Like to give a shout out to Zumba Instructor Roxy now my friend.She is a class act.
