So first off what I thought was my shoulder blade pain turned out to be rotator cuff, had issues spring up a year ago and had MRI done where diagnosis was bone spurs, yet I was failed to be notified of super/supra rotator tendiopathy - (inflammation) an hour with Summer and as of a week later I can move my arm with zero pain … I probably jacked it up in my 20’s and I’m in my forty’s now, she knew the muscles and she knew what she was doing … I was apprehensive at first, but sh*t it worked!
