I came in feeling very nervous because of past experiences at other dental offices, but Sharif immediately put me at ease. He asked thoughtful questions, took X‑rays, and checked in with me constantly to make sure I was comfortable. The entire cleaning was painless — something I’ve never experienced before. When he used the tool that planes the teeth, I was shocked that it didn’t hurt at all. He explained the different intensity levels and chose the one that fit my needs. At other offices, I usually had to pay extra to be numbed just to get through a cleaning, but not today. By the end, the stains were gone, I had zero sensitivity, and I didn’t need any numbing or pain medication. Sharif’s kindness, patience, and attention to my comfort made all the difference.
