with my reformer classes. I have now been coming to STAR for the last three months and could not be happier. All of the staff go above and beyond to help answer questions, supply additional information and can offer advice about health related topics. I just get a warm welcoming feeling every time I step into the studio! Every instructor has been extremely knowledgeable, helping me modify exercises when needed, as I have a lot of orthopedic issues with accompanying surgical hardware. I always have to be very careful not to hurt myself and I have always felt very confident with their modifications. Overall, I believe every staff member has our best interest at heart and they truly love what they do. I could not be happier to recommend STAR Pilates to anyone interested in their offerings!!”
