The team was very friendly and informative. They make sure you are comfortable and heard! It was my first appointment today, and they all treated me like they have known me for years!!!! This was by far the best experience I've ever had at a dentist office.

I had my crown done a few years ago from another office in the Northeast. Unfortunately, it fell out and I went to Dr Root’s office for a second opinion. He took his time to explain in very detail. He examined and re-cemented my crown back. Dr Root and his staff are very professional. His secretary Jenn is very pleasant and polite on the phone, his assistant Alexa is very nice. His office does not accept my insurance at this time so I will return for a routine dental care as soon as I can switch to a new insurance next year. I strongly recommend Dr Root. I’m very glad that I found him. Thank you so much Dr Root and staff!

Wonderful, friendly staff. Dr. Root gave a thorough examination. His experience was evident when he examined a dental problem and how to best address it. Very happy with the office visit and the recommendation from my retired dentist's family to go see him.
