Liz not only brings relaxation and comfort but also relieves the stress of everyday life. She has been a blessing to me. I was introduced to Coastal Therapies by my orthopedic surgeon after a car accident. While under her care for the accident, I received a second knee surgery from a previous accident. She helped with the swelling and I recovered much quicker than the last knee surgery I had. For my birthday I treated myself to one of her other services and had a facial. I LOVED it!!! Sometimes with the craziness of everyday life we forget to take care of ourselves, Liz makes it a point to remind me to take care of me first.
