“Came in for a facial with Samantha and I’m so glad I did! She was attentive, thorough, and great at explaining each step. We chatted occasionally, but stayed quiet during much of it (which allowed for a nice relaxing session). There was no upselling or push to buy products, which is a huge thing for me. I’m more likely to come back, and possibly buy something, when it’s on my own time/terms. I look forward to more treatments by her!”
