From intake to pickup, they were great. I felt that my dog was safe & cared for. Her cut was amazing- hair kept long, but “neatened”! They know how to groom a Sheltie!

They are absolutely amazing here. The care and attention is incredible. This is our second time getting our miniature schnauzer groomed here - best schnauzer cut she has ever head. She has had some really traumatizing grooming experiences before so they went extra slow with her se she isn’t as stressed out! She looks smells and feels incredible!!!
