Our whirlpool washing machine started to shake violently. We called AAA’s Zen appliance repair who responded within 24 hours and diagnosed a problem with the tub that required for new suspension springs. Certified whirlpool parts were ordered from the factory which arrive the next day and were installed. The problem went away and has not returned. We were very satisfied with the excellent experience.
