“My CavaPoo has the typical anxieties the breed is known for, but He has no fears here. He's calm, and appears happy. We've been here a few times now, and this is definitely my go-to place for all his grooming needs. They call you 10 to 15 minutes prior to being finished with the groomie. This allows you to be on site when they are finished. No cages, no kenneling while waiting for the owner to pick up. If you're in the lobby they bring your dog out to you as soon as they are finished, to help eliminate that stressor.

“We just found Roxy's Pet Spa and went in for our first groom for our Shorkie, Bernard. I love that he got to socialize with a few well behaved dogs instead of being caged. Everything was very clean and Roxy came out to meet us. She was kind and thorough in explaining and listening. Bernard looked and felt great after his visit. In the past he has been skittish at pickup, but after Roxy's, he seemed quite content! We will definitely be returning.“
