To my surprise, I left the first session with my foot and calf feeling incredibly light and relaxed — and I’ve been dealing with plantar fasciitis, so that was a very welcome result! I went back for a second treatment, and later that day I actually started to feel a bit unwell — but that passed quickly. Then I noticed something unexpected: the nagging knot in my shoulder blade, which had been bothering me for a while, was significantly less painful.
