“After losing about 35 lbs and a lot of muscle I needed to find a trainer to motivate me. Inquired at the Well Lab and was placed with Matt as my new trainer. It has been nothing but a wonderful experience since day one. Matt is always positive and supportive. He kicks my butt somedays but I always feel great afterwards! He has been helping me build back muscle, strength and my core strength. He works with me at my level and pushes just enough to get to the next level. I travel for work and he gives me workouts I can do on the road.
I have had training in the past but the Well Lab is an entirely different experience. Besides Matt being a phenomenal trainer, it is Not a big gym with people everywhere but one on one personalized sessions in an inviting, relaxing snd positive atmosphere.

To my surprise, I left the first session with my foot and calf feeling incredibly light and relaxed — and I’ve been dealing with plantar fasciitis, so that was a very welcome result! Then I noticed something unexpected: the nagging knot in my shoulder blade, which had been bothering me for a while, was significantly less painful.
