“After losing about 35 lbs and a lot of muscle I needed to find a trainer to motivate me. Inquired at the Well Lab and was placed with Matt as my new trainer. It has been nothing but a wonderful experience since day one. Matt is always positive and supportive. He kicks my butt somedays but I always feel great afterwards! He has been helping me build back muscle, strength and my core strength. He works with me at my level and pushes just enough to get to the next level. I travel for work and he gives me workouts I can do on the road.
I have had training in the past but the Well Lab is an entirely different experience. Besides Matt being a phenomenal trainer, it is Not a big gym with people everywhere but one on one personalized sessions in an inviting, relaxing snd positive atmosphere.

“Hands down one of the best massages I have ever had to help loosen up very stiff and stressed shoulders and tendons... and scarred muscle from radiation for breast cancer... it is hard for me to find people who can actually break up the scar tissue...
