This was my first time getting my hair professionally braided and I have to say I am very impressed. I have naturally curly hair so whenever I would let someone braid it you would still see stray hairs poke out in some braids. These braids were immaculate. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to get their hair braided. 10/10

I love the organic products Juni uses to color my hair. At my last appointment, I asked to get a couple of highlights of purple in the front of my hair. I am still getting compliments on how nice and fun it looks from strangers and it's been quite a while (it's really time for root touch up). Juni has a talent not only coloring, highlighting, but styling as well. My hair grows out so nicely and with little effort to make it look good. Dropped my daughter off at school at 8:30am so I could then drive 30 min to get to the Barber at precisely 9am (their listed hours of operations). Got there, and the door was locked. Called both numbers that they have on the front door, waited about 15 min and drove another 30 min back home without getting my haircut. :/

07.13.24 I always check reviews before I go to any new business where services are needed for my family and I. I saw one bad review about walk-ins and let me tell you they treated us like family the moment we walked in so I disagree with that 1 negative review. We did not have an appointment today but were welcomed there. My boys were so thirsty from this FL heat and they gave all three of my sons a water bottle and RING pop! My boys were ecstatic. My first time here to see Megan. She did awesome and I like how Roy’s does appointments so I don’t feel rushed and I know I can get right in. No waiting around. Very clean and easy going environment with TV monitors built into the mirrors so you can watch ESPN while getting haircut. The barbers are nice and personable. Roy is the owner and he is there cutting hair and taking care of customers along with the other barbers. ? Highly recommend.
I came here a couple weeks or so ago and they are great with kids. Me and my mom brought my little brother here and he is special needs they were patient and careful while giving him a haircut and whenever he felt uncomfortable they would stop and show him it's okay and he won't be hurt. #1 Nails is my absolute favorite nail spot in PSL. Jimmy and Amy are wonderful and the shop is clean and calm since it’s only the two of them there. Always a relaxing experience. I typically get dip manicures and pedicures and often bring my 5 year old daughter for a manicure and a pedicure as well. I always feel great after a visit and am a loyal customer.

I Had the 90-minute psoas massage with Alita. She is a true healer. I've had back pain for over 30 years. As she was assessing my back she diagnosed everything doctors and physical therapists have been telling me was my problem. Amazing. She let me know as she went along what she was doing and what side effects might be possible. This was not just a massage this was a whole realignment. It took a few days I actually felt some movement within my lower back as the days progressed. My pain improved tremendously after the treatment. I will be going back for another session. My muscles have memories and can be very stubborn. I am confident that Alita can retrain everything and help me to live a pain-free life.

I've been getting waxed by Kiesha forever now. She is THE blueprint!!! The OG. Seriously the best around. She has such a comforting and bubbly energy, and really takes the time to get to know her clients. Each time I see her, it feels like catching up with a friend. Out of everyone in the area that I've tried, her technique is the least painful. She never leaves a single hair behind. You can tell she really knows what she's doing. I took my 17 year old daughter for her first TWO tattoos. He made her feel so calm and chilled and she was didn’t even flinch! His hands are soft and calm. Our refrigerator started having issues with condensation building up the coils and messing up the linear compressor. We reached out to A&J Appliance Repair Service. Our tech Vinny came out after hours, diagnosed the issue, ordered parts, and was back the next day to install. He was able to get the fridge back in working order in no time. Vinny is punctual, respectful of property, knowledgeable about the unit and did the repairs efficiently, at a fair price. Highly recommend!

Dentist Needing a new dentist when I moved up to PSL, and being extremely leary of Florida dentists in general, I found Veranda which is nearby so decided to give them a try for a cleaning. Office is tucked in a very nicely done shopping center with the expected Florida water and shrubbery and outdoor ceiling fans. The office inside is larger than it appears from walking by and the front desk staff are just wonderful. Friendly and attentive, they will get you checked in and situated in short order. First visit went well with no hard sell / upsell of crazy services like "deep cleaning" (never heard of that until I got to FL) and all around a pleasant visit. Been back there about four times now and again, no hard sell or any pressure to do anything outside of what you would expect. Been bringing the whole family there and every experience has been very good. Definitely a win in my book. Give them shot if in need. Parking lots in front.

They always take you on time and make you comfortable in the chair. Barbara, the hygienist, does a super job in cleaning my teeth. The dentist comes in and gives you a thorough exam. If work if needed they will go over a treatment plan with you.

The stars aligned when I found this practice in March of this year. After dealing with months of debilitating Eustachian tube dysfunction and tinnitus, I decided to follow up on my massage therapist's recommendation to visit Awaken. My aunt take our fury family for the hair groomy a couple times a month. Our pups are older and need special attention.. they really do take great care of the fury family. Not to sure about the price.. but 2 med. Size dogs cost and 150 plus tip.. I do know I'm that a full grooming vs a touch up is a price difference.. more you go to keep up with it it a little cheaper vs letting it get out of control.. the pups look forward and always come out looking really adorable and happy!! Also there is no waiting room or inside office to sit in wait.. they bring the dogs to the door.. just a heads up.. ohh also they give the pups a really cute and fancy collar piece.. different every time and changes for the seasons!hope this helps anyone looking for a trustworthy place for this kind of service! My fur nibbling (a Great Pyrenees) got into a retention pond and came out looking like someone had lowered him half into a vat of tar. After getting washed once by my cousin, he still was a mess and we went on a focused search for a groomer. Other groomers in the area were either not open or wouldn't take a dog his size... Which ended up working out for us because Fancy Paws got him in and did WONDERS! My cousin (dog parent) said the entire staff was amazing and treated doggo so well!! They had to give him like three baths and trim away some of the super duper stuck on bits... But he came back looking INCREDIBLE!! (Plus he smelled great.) Thank you Fancy Paws for getting us in and for getting the retention pond out of the pup!
