The best. Roxy takes the time to listen. She offers suggestions and feedback. She is great with the dogs. My two pups come out smelling great and looking like a million bucks. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
OMG, I have been DREAMING of having a great CAT groomer within an hour of my house. I FOUND HER AND SHE IS ONLY 15 MINUTES FROM HOME! I took my long-haired cat for a lion cut and she looks adorable after her grooming. It's hard cutting a cat and then not leaving a ton of clipper marks is almost impossible, but Roxy delivered. It was clean, QUIET, and organized in the shop and they are so nice. I didn't have to drop my cat off at the crack of dawn and keep her there all day either. I dropped her off at noon and she was finished about 2 hours later.I've had a lot of experience with dogs and cats being groomed over my lifetime, and I am very impressed by Roxy. At first I was nervous about taking my cats here just because it's a new place and not all groomers are experienced with cats. I am very happy with the outcome. My cat looks so freaking adorable and I can't stop staring at him.
